We are absolutely in love and everyone who has seen it has also said how stunning it is. I messed some of our measurements up leaving us with a 300mm gap. So with just a short phone call they recommended we had a custom made wine rack to fill the gap. It looks like it was meant to be there and actually finishes it off amazingly. Our house is now up for sale but I would definitely buy from this company again. I could not recommend them enough!! Thank you!!

We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen from Units Online, although small it was difficult to plan and fit due to the shape and low ceilings. Whilst we did the initial plan, Bob worked with us over a number of months to refine our requirements. Ordering was very easy with a number of checks made to ensure nothing was missed. The delivery was well inside the expected date with the pre-assembled units being securely packed and protected. The kitchen units are in my view very well constructed and assembled with good quality fittings and hinges,represent excellent value for money and being painted we were able to have a matched paint mixed to touch up any dings that may happen over the years. The after sales service was also responsive and very helpful. Although we did fit the kitchen ourselves the kitchen units were very cost effective purchase so the overall budget was very affordable. I can thoroughly recommend Units Online in all respects and am very happy we chose our kitchen from them. If I ever fit another (and I hope I do not!) we will without doubt buy from them again without any hesitation.

We love our kitchen diner. Having low ceilings in the kitchen, other companies were not able to incorporate wall units into their designs. Units Online were brilliant from the start, listening to our requirements and wishes. Demonstrating options in their showroom, enabling us to make informed decisions. Excellent designs followed, with great graphics bringing the designs to life. Excellent communications, on time delivery, fantastic after sales service, granite worktop templating and installation all on schedule as planned. Pre-made unit quality is fantastic, easy to install. Excellent installation videos on their website. Having installed several kitchens from other sources before, this is by far the best kitchen and the least hassle and stress! Thanks to Units Online I can now enjoy my smart new kitchen! Having researched the options for some time, I had seen units I liked and had an overall plan. However, to achieve this within budget was a challenge and I was becoming despondent when I came across Units Online and it finally started to come together... Firstly, huge thanks to Tony who gave me loads of his time, exceptional knowledge, experience and advice as we tweaked the details and finalised the plans. Start of works all went smoothly due to the efficiency of the team headed by Lois in admin, and Paul who supervised delivery. Russell provided excellent back up - being both pro-active and responsive - and I also spoke with Shaun during fitting, who answered my novice technical questions with patience and care. I used their sister company, Mayflower Stone to source the quartz worktop I had picked and again, they were super organised and helpful. I am a big fan of Units Online. I run a very small kitchen design & fitting business in Wokingham in Berkshire, and first used Units Online about 5 years ago. We fit almost any make of kitchen, but frequently steer clients to consider an online purchase with Units Online, preferring them to other online suppliers (who we also use). Product quality is good, the range of door & drawer sizes is very good, and they are very willing to custom build at the factory. Pricing is good. Importantly, they clearly do quality control before shipping the kitchen (some very big online names clearly don't!!). There are sometimes a few faults, but they are quick to rectify them. We've always found them very responsive, both pre and post sale. A good firm to do business with. I thoroughly recommend them

The delivery of the units was well organised and Units Online were very accommodating with great communications that allowed for the delivery to commence at a point where the new room was ready to store, before being fitted. This removed a huge amount of stress from the overall project and is something that may not have been possible with another supplier. “I found Units Online through Google and was delighted to find that they are only an hour and a half away, so we went to meet with Richard and look at the showroom. Seeing the doors and colours in the flesh was a real help in making our choices, and once we had seen the new thyme and soft grey shades we were sorted.
I already had a good idea of the layout I wanted, but was daunted about the fine tuning and Richard drew up a great plan for us, covering all the details about space for the fridge freezer, end panels, cornicing etc. The computerised images were a big help with trying to visualise the finished kitchen, and the final result is testament to that. Units Online gave us all the advantages of great value, ready assembled units but with all the professional backup of a designer kitchen supplier.
Special mention must go to Andy who delivered the kitchen efficiently and pleasantly, Russell who gave great after sales assistance on a door which was damaged and a filler panel which was missing, and Lois who managed to solve the mystery of the fixing of the carousel hinge!
We could not be happier with the final result. Our friends and family are amazed. We have achieved a top of the range kitchen at a very reasonable price. Thank you Richard and Units Online. ”

“I would like to express my gratitude to everyone at Units Online for helping us design our kitchen and then for supplying excellent quality units and fittings. We were extremely impressed with the service, which for an online company was surprisingly very personal.
We opted for the design service (the cost of which was refunded as a deduction from our order) and from sending over a rough drawing of our initial ideas (a floorplan with measurements), we had several telephone conversations with Richard, who offered excellent advice and ideas for how we could achieve the two-colour scheme we loosely had in mind. These ideas quickly evolved into detailed 3D images and floorplans, each time emailed over along with a link to a shopping basket of the items we would need to order so we could review prices. The 3D drawings were particularly useful, allowing us to discuss what we liked and didn't like before arriving at our final specification. Any questions we had by email were quickly answered by return of email or if we phoned Richard he was usually available to speak. If not colleagues were also very helpful.
We then ordered. Richard was also very accommodating to our timetable and managed to get the kitchen built and delivered so it could be fitted by our moving in date. We secured our own local kitchen fitter who charged a fixed price for his time (he also did an excellent job, if you need a fitter in the Essex area let Richard know and I will pass on his details), bought our appliances online (after much research and shopping around) and we already had an electrician doing the rest of the house.
I cannot recommend Units Online and the team there highly enough. All in all a very satisfying experience and without the ridiculous high pressure sales environment that comes with visiting some of the well known kitchen chains which reside in the retail parks (just don't do it, it's an awful experience; I thought the staff in one shop were going to stop us leaving until we signed a contract and put a deposit down and they'd not even designed a kitchen we liked!)
Which leads me to the best part of all this: we reckon our total cost including fitting was around 40% less than the best quote we had from one of the very well known retail park names, even though we put in better appliances and, I'm quite sure, better quality units.”

“To be completely honest, at first the thought of buying something as important as your dream kitchen online, scared me a little. Last summer we replaced our old galley kitchen & conservatory with a family sized kitchen extension. Our wonderful builder suggested Unitsonline.co.uk from one of his previous jobs & couldn't praise the quality of the units highly enough. Judging by the quality of his workmanship on our extension, we knew the kitchen from Units Online was going to be very special indeed. Tony guided me through the entire process & I cannot commend highly enough, his dedication, help & attention to detail for our kitchen. I found him very friendly & so easy to talk to, with a wonderful knowledge of all aspects about everything I needed for the kitchen design. Nothing was too much bother for Tony & I know how many times we went back & forth to get it just perfect. All of the workmen with our builder who installed the kitchen, could not get over the solid quality of the units & drawers. All commented what 'top quality workmanship' they were. We opted for the dovetailed oak drawers which added a stunning finish to the overall look & feel of the kitchen. We had a couple of items which needed replaced & the after service was excellent & prompt. As for the price, any other kitchen company we approached couldn't match the value for such amazing units. With Units Online it was at least twice if not 3 times cheaper than all of the other well known kitchen suppliers, & we spent 2 years researching almost all of them! As we had already had a quote from a local kitchen showroom for an identical kitchen (Burbidge Tetbury painted) we could check that we had literally saved thousands of pounds, so it was well worth the journey. Had a quick check of the price of one unit and could not believe how much cheaper they were than Magnet. So we sent our plan to them and they quickly phoned back with a price nearly 50% lower than Magnet. But not only that they told us it was not the best design and how it could be improved. So they done a new kitchen plan and talked to us about our choice of worksurface and floor colours before giving their recommendation for the kitchen door. We found a local kitchen fitter, who said the units were great quality, and here are the pictures of the end result. Units Online were so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. “It all started with a tentative email query! I say tentative because we had just been burned by a previous supplier - long story so won't bother going into that! Tony responded to our query promptly, then we made the phonecall to talk through our requirements. Hats off to Tony, because we hadn't even drawn out a plan for him, but somehow he managed to get everything spot on. Tony went as far as discussing the finer details like the gloss side panels that could be added on as opposed to having the gloss panel fixed to the side of carcass (this is my favourite part and I use this as a selling point!), he also offered us bespoke wall unit sizes (750mm wide) and took the time to explain the finishing touches - the plinths and the pelmets. My husband and I are really overjoyed with our choice of kitchen. It is modern, sleek, clean, and even our boys are impressed. We've had endless playdates since the final finishing 2 weeks ago- and yes, our Lucente Handleless Gloss kitchen has stood the test! A big thank you also to Lois who offered a brilliant after sales service when we ran into some issues- some screws had not been sent out and Lois promptly had them sent next day, our carpenter damaged one of our cupboard doors and once again Lois was there to send us a replacement which arrived next day! This was very worthwhile giving us confidence to order plus Tony offered lots of advice and suggested several alterations to our design improving it visually and functionally. All this and we were within budget. Happy days! Tim the delivery driver was equally helpful. Our units arrived fully assembled with the handles on too. I had been concerned about the handle positions as the factory had phoned to say they simply didn’t look right as I wanted them and suggested centralising then on each door top. How right they were. They could have taken the easy option and just done as I asked but instead they saw a way to improve and phoned me. That is good service! We had never fitted a kitchen before. During installation we found the website videos very useful plus the technical team were most helpful. We had a calamity moment when we realised the main oven housing was not as we had envisaged it. After a sleepless night thinking we had to remove the whole run of units and pay for a different housing we phoned Tony. He suggested a brilliant solution that didn’t involve removing units and only cost us a newly sized drawer front which soon arrived by post.”
